Start With the Official Promotion Terms
Before joining a BingoPlus promotion, read the current official terms rather than relying only on a banner, social-media post or short promotional message.
The full terms should explain who can participate, when the campaign starts and ends, what actions qualify, how rewards are calculated or delivered, and what restrictions apply.
If a promotion appears in more than one place, use the current official terms as the main reference because banners and short summaries may not include every condition.
Do not assume that a previous promotion uses the same rules as a current one.
Check Who Is Eligible
Eligibility rules determine whether an account can participate in a promotion.
Check whether the promotion is limited to certain account types, new or existing users, selected locations, specific payment methods or other stated conditions.
Also review whether account verification is required before participation or reward delivery.
If the terms say that participation is invitation-only or limited to eligible accounts, do not assume that seeing an advertisement means every account qualifies.
Eligibility requirements can vary from one campaign to another.
Check the Promotion Period
Look for the official start date, end date and any stated cut-off time.
A qualifying action usually needs to occur within the campaign period. Activity completed before the promotion begins or after it ends may not count.
If the terms specify a timezone, use that timezone when checking deadlines.
Also check whether reward claiming has a separate deadline from the participation period.
Do not wait until the final minutes of a campaign if account verification, payment processing or another qualifying step may take time.
Understand What Actually Qualifies
A promotion may require more than simply opening the app or account.
Read the terms for the exact qualifying action. Depending on the campaign, this could involve registration, verification, a minimum transaction, participation in a specified activity or another stated requirement.
Check whether there is a minimum or maximum amount, whether only certain products or activities count, and whether excluded transactions are listed.
Do not assume that every transaction or activity contributes toward a promotion unless the terms say so.
Read the Reward Conditions Carefully
Check how the reward is described and when it becomes available.
Important details can include the reward amount or calculation method, when it is credited, whether it must be claimed, whether it expires and whether additional conditions apply before it can be used.
If a reward is described as “up to” a certain amount, the maximum amount is not necessarily what every eligible participant receives.
Also check whether the reward is subject to account limits, campaign limits or availability restrictions.
Look for Limits, Exclusions and Changes
Promotion terms often include limits and exclusions that are easy to miss in shorter advertising material.
Check for limits on the number of rewards per account, device or participant, excluded activities, restricted payment methods, duplicate-account rules and other conditions that may affect eligibility.
Also review any provision explaining how the promotion may be changed, suspended or ended.
If the terms are updated, use the current official version rather than an old screenshot or copied summary.
Keep a copy of the relevant terms when a promotion involves a significant requirement or delayed reward.
Promotions Should Not Override Your Limits
A promotion should not be a reason to spend more money or time than you originally intended.
Before participating, decide whether the qualifying requirements fit within your normal entertainment budget and responsible-play limits.
Do not chase a reward by increasing spending, extending play or using money intended for essential expenses.
Promotional rewards and eligibility are never guaranteed unless the stated conditions are met, and gambling outcomes remain uncertain.
For adults aged 21 and above only. Set time and spending limits and know when to stop.
