The BingoPlus Blog

Privacy notice

The BingoPlus Blog is a set of reading pages. It has no sign-up, no comments and no forms. This notice explains the little information involved when you visit.

Published by the BingoPlus Blog editorial team · Updated

Scope

This notice covers only the BingoPlus Blog at bingoplus.com/blog/. It does not cover your BingoPlus player account, the BingoPlus app, payments, identity verification or games. Those services have their own privacy terms, shown in the app and on the platform when you register or play.

The Blog is published by BingoPlus, operated by AB Leisure Exponent Inc., a DigiPlus Interactive Corp. company, in the Philippines.

What we do not collect on the Blog

  • No account, sign-up, newsletter or comment forms — you cannot submit personal information through the Blog.
  • No passwords, PINs, one-time codes or payment details. Never send these to anyone who claims to be from the Blog.
  • No advertising or analytics cookies are set by the Blog pages themselves. Our security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to tell real visitors from automated attacks.

What is processed when you visit

Like any website, delivering a page requires some technical information:

  • Server and security logs — your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, your browser's user-agent and the referring page. These are used to deliver pages, keep the site secure, block abuse and fix errors.
  • Content delivery and protection — requests pass through our content-delivery and security provider, which processes the same technical information to deliver the site quickly and protect it from attacks.
  • Your browser — fonts and images are served from bingoplus.com itself; the Blog does not load third-party fonts, ad scripts or embedded social widgets.

Links to other pages and sites

The Blog links to other BingoPlus pages, to blog.bingoplus.com, to YouTube (for interview videos) and to regulators such as PAGCOR. When you follow a link, the privacy terms of that page or site apply. Opening a YouTube video on youtube.com is subject to Google's privacy policy.

Why we process it

We process technical information because it is necessary to provide the Blog you asked to view, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working. We do not use it to identify you personally, build an advertising profile or make automated decisions about you.

How long it is kept

Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, and then deleted or rotated in line with our security practices. Information connected to a security incident may be kept longer while the incident is investigated.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have rights that can include being informed, accessing and correcting personal information, objecting to or requesting the blocking or erasure of processing in certain cases, and filing a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

Because the Blog collects so little, most requests will concern your BingoPlus account rather than the Blog. To make a request, contact BingoPlus Player Support at +63 (02) 8527-9831 or through the support options in the app, and ask for it to be passed to the data protection team. For corporate privacy matters, use the DigiPlus contact directory.

Protect yourself. No one from BingoPlus will ask for your password, PIN or OTP. Include only the details needed to identify your request.

Adults only

The Blog is intended for adults. BingoPlus services are for players 21 and over only.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes in a meaningful way, we will update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
