Cash-out at a branch follows the same verification and schedule rules as online withdrawal. Confirm the branch's cash-out service and hours in the app before travelling.
Is a "BingoPlus agent" on Messenger a branch?
No. BingoPlus branches are physical sites listed in the app and on this page, and online cash-in runs only through BSP-accredited channels. Personal e-wallets, chats or "agents" are not BingoPlus.
