PAGCOR regulated

Is BingoPlus legal? Yes — here is what regulates it.

BingoPlus is operated by AB Leisure Exponent Inc., a DigiPlus Interactive Corp. company, as a duly licensed and regulated gaming operator under PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. This page explains what that regulation requires of BingoPlus — age verification, the National Database of Restricted Persons, BSP-accredited payment channels and a surety bond — and how you can check it yourself.

What "PAGCOR regulated" means

A regulator, not a badge

PAGCOR is the government corporation that licenses and supervises gaming operators in the Philippines. For an online platform, being under PAGCOR regulation means the operator — not just the brand — is accountable for who may play, how money moves and how players are protected. BingoPlus publishes that operator by name on every page: AB Leisure Exponent Inc., a DigiPlus company.

What the regulation requires of BingoPlus

Age and identity. Only players aged 21 and above may register. Verification (eKYC) asks for a valid government-issued ID, facial recognition and personal details; game access is restricted while a KYC application is unresolved, and a rejected applicant is told why.

Restricted persons. As a licensed operator, BingoPlus prohibits individuals listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP) — including minors and persons aged 20 and below, elected officials and government employees, and members of the Armed Forces — from registering or playing.

Money. Cash-in and cash-out run only through payment channels accredited by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), and in person at more than 130 BingoPlus branches.

Player protection. A surety bond programme with an insurance partner covers verified, eligible players up to ₱1 million per player against operational disruption — it does not cover gaming losses. In-app limits, a voluntary exclusion programme and 24/7 support are required parts of the operation; see responsible gaming.

Check it yourself in three minutes

  1. Read the host.Only bingoplus.com, bingoplus.ph and their subdomains are BingoPlus. Anything with extra words or a different ending is a different site.
  2. Find the operator.Look for AB Leisure Exponent Inc. / DigiPlus in the footer, the app publisher and the terms. A page that names no company is not this platform.
  3. Match against PAGCOR.Use PAGCOR's own channels to confirm the operator; a logo on a page is a claim, PAGCOR's information is the record.
  4. Expect the checks.Real regulation shows up as friction: ID verification, a 21+ gate, limits you can set. A site that skips all of these is skipping the regulator.
