Play for fun. Know when to stop.
BingoPlus is entertainment with real money and real risk, for adults aged 21 and above. This page explains the tools built into every BingoPlus account — time, schedule and daily-loss limits, voluntary exclusion and verification — how to recognise when play is no longer fun, and where to get confidential help in the Philippines.

Set the limit before the first game
In-app tools across BingoPlus let you decide in advance how long and how much. When a limit is reached, the app prompts and reminds you.
When it stops being fun
- You play longer or spend more than you planned, more than once.
- You chase losses — depositing again to "win it back".
- You borrow, sell something or skip a bill to fund play.
- You hide how much you play from family or friends.
- You feel restless or irritable when you cannot play.
- You think of gaming as income or a way out of money trouble.
Two or more of these is a reason to set a limit today and talk to someone. Our blog has a longer guide: Gambling warning signs.

Confidential support in the Philippines
For yourself or for someone you care about. These contacts are independent of BingoPlus unless stated.
What BingoPlus does on its side
Only 21+ may register, verified by government ID and facial recognition. Persons on the National Database of Restricted Persons cannot play. Marketing must not target minors, present gaming as a path to financial success, or use urgent or predatory messaging. Customer service agents and branch attendants are trained to spot and respond to player concerns. A surety bond protects verified players' balances up to ₱1 million against operational disruption (not gaming losses).
Beyond the app
DigiPlus runs financial-coaching sessions on budgeting, long-term planning and handling winnings; mental-health wellness sessions with partner organisations; and public campaigns such as the "Pusta de Peligro" short-film series and "Dating Gawi". Gaming involves financial risk and is not a way to earn income. Set deposit, loss and time limits in your account, never borrow to play, and take a break when it stops being fun.
