BingoPlus app login, step by step

Logging in to the BingoPlus app takes a Philippine mobile number and a 6-digit OTP; after the first login you can switch on Face ID or fingerprint. This page walks through each screen and the fixes for the four most common sign-in problems. The Login button on this page opens the official BingoPlus account page only.

Login flow

Four screens, one minute

  1. 1Mobile numberEnter your +63 number. New here? The same screen registers you — you must be 21 or older.
  2. 26-digit OTPSent by SMS to that number. Enter it within the countdown; tap Resend if it expires.
  3. 3Verification (first time)Government ID + a quick selfie (eKYC). Required before withdrawals; takes a few minutes.
  4. 4Face ID / fingerprintSwitch on biometrics in Account → Security so the next login is one tap.
Can't log in?

Four problems, four fixes

ProblemFix
OTP not receivedCheck signal and that SMS is not blocked; wait the full countdown, then Resend. Do not request more than 3 in a row — wait 10 minutes. Still nothing? Chat support in the app with your number.
Wrong number / new SIMLog in on the old number if you still can and change it in Account → Security; otherwise contact support with your ID for a number change.
Account lockedToo many wrong OTPs or a security hold. Wait 30 minutes; if still locked, support will verify your ID and release it.
Face ID stopped workingLog in with OTP once, then re-enable biometrics in Account → Security. iOS/Android system updates sometimes reset it.

Never share an OTP

BingoPlus staff will never ask for your OTP, password or PIN — in chat, by call or by SMS. A message asking for one is not from BingoPlus. Report it in the app.

Login page vs app

The same account works in the app, on iPhone and in the browser. The official web login is bingoplus.com/play/login-register/; a login page on any other host is not BingoPlus.

How do I log in to the BingoPlus app?
Enter your +63 mobile number, type the 6-digit OTP sent by SMS, and you are in. After the first login you can enable Face ID or fingerprint in Account → Security.
I did not receive the OTP — what should I do?
Check your signal, wait the full countdown and tap Resend. Avoid requesting more than three in a row. If nothing arrives after ten minutes, contact 24/7 support in the app.
Can I log in without my phone number?
No. The mobile number is the account identity. If you changed numbers, update it in Account → Security or ask support with your ID.
Is there a BingoPlus password?
Login is OTP-based; you can add Face ID or fingerprint. Never share an OTP — BingoPlus staff will never ask for one.
Why is my account locked?
Several wrong OTPs or a security hold. Wait 30 minutes and try again; otherwise support verifies your ID and releases it.
Does app login work on iPhone?
Yes — the Home Screen app and Safari use the same login.
Responsible Play

Play for fun. Know when to stop.

Gaming involves financial risk and is not a way to earn income. Set deposit, loss and time limits in the app, never borrow to play, and take a break when it stops being fun.
