Why updates are sometimes required

When a build changes how login or payments work, older versions are blocked for your protection and the app shows "Update required". Install the current APK from the official page; nothing in your account is affected.

How to update

Android: install over the old app

  2. 2Open the fileTap it in Downloads; Android shows "Do you want to update this app?"
  3. 3Tap UpdateTakes seconds. Login, wallet and settings are kept.
  4. 4Open and confirmAccount → About now shows the new version.

"Do you want to install" instead of "update"? The old copy was signed differently (usually a non-official file). Uninstall it first, then install the official APK; you will need to log in again.

How do I update the BingoPlus app?
Android: download the current APK from bingoplus.com and install it over the existing app. iPhone and web: nothing to do — the Home Screen icon and browser always open the current version.
Will I lose my account when I update?
No. Updating keeps your login, wallet and settings. Only uninstalling and reinstalling signs you out.
Why does the app say "Update required"?
A new build changed login or payment handling, and older versions are blocked for your protection. Install the current APK and continue.
Update failed — what now?
Delete the downloaded file, download again from bingoplus.com, free ~50 MB and retry. If Android offers "Install" instead of "Update", uninstall the old (non-official) copy first.
