Symptom

What is it doing?

  1. Force-close and reopenRecent apps → swipe BingoPlus away → open again.
  2. Clear cacheSettings → Apps → BingoPlus → Storage → Clear cache (not Clear data).
  3. UpdateAccount → About, or install the current APK over the app from bingoplus.com.
  4. ReinstallUninstall, then install the official APK. You will log in again; your wallet is on your account, not the phone.
  1. Check connectionSwitch Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data; live bingo needs a stable connection.
  2. Wait 30 secondsThe first launch after an update loads assets.
  3. Clear cacheSettings → Apps → BingoPlus → Storage → Clear cache.
  4. Free spaceKeep ~50 MB free; low storage causes black screens.
  1. OTP not arrivingWait the countdown, tap Resend; max three in a row. Check SMS is not blocked.
  2. Account lockedWait 30 minutes; otherwise support verifies your ID and releases it.
  3. Face ID failedLog in with OTP once, re-enable biometrics in Account → Security.

Why won't the BingoPlus app open?
Usually cache or an old version. Force-close, clear the cache (Settings → Apps → BingoPlus → Storage), update to v1.9.6, and reinstall if needed — your wallet stays on your account.
The app is stuck on the loading screen — what do I do?
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, wait 30 seconds after an update, clear the cache and make sure ~50 MB is free.
Will reinstalling the app delete my money?
No. Your balance is on your BingoPlus account, not the phone. You will just log in again.
How do I contact BingoPlus support?
24/7 chat inside the app (Account → Support) or in person at any BingoPlus branch. Support never asks for your OTP.
My cash-in has not arrived
E-wallet transfers can take a few minutes; check Wallet → Transactions. If it is still missing, chat support with the transaction reference.
The app says my Android is not supported
v1.9.6 needs Android 8.0 or newer. Play in the browser at bingoplus.com instead.
