This is the complete guide to your BingoPlus account: how the wallet and Double Protection work, every deposit and withdrawal channel with its limits, the Withdrawal Guarantee, KYC verification, transaction history and profile settings — with the figures as the app shows them.

Wallet
The wallet card at the top of your account shows ₱ **** until you tap the eye icon, and carries the Double Protection badge: sensitive actions — withdrawals, payout-account changes — need extra verification beyond your password. The refresh icon re-syncs the balance after a deposit; Deposit and Withdraw tabs sit directly beneath.

Open the wallet, choose a channel — QR Ph, GCash, Maya or GrabPay under Fast, or an e-wallet, bank, over-the-counter outlet or voucher — pick or type an amount between ₱20 and ₱50,000, tap Submit and approve the payment in the channel's app.
If a Fast Withdrawal takes longer than its guaranteed window — 5 minutes for GCash, Maya and Coins.ph, 60 minutes for bank cards, 3 minutes for VIP Level 6 and above — BingoPlus compensates 100% of the withdrawal amount, up to ₱5,000 per transaction. Tap Claim when the notice appears; by October 2026 the program had paid ₱29.5 million in compensation.
Double Protection is the wallet's protection badge: your balance is masked until you tap the eye icon, and sensitive actions such as withdrawals and payout-account changes carry extra verification on top of your password. Its current settings are shown in the wallet and Profile Setting.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is identity verification required by PAGCOR for licensed operators. In KYC Setting you upload a valid Philippine government ID and a selfie; once approved you can withdraw and use full account limits. BingoPlus never asks for your ID through chat or SMS.
Open Transactions History from the wallet screen. Each deposit, withdrawal, bet, win and reward is listed with its status, timestamp and reference number — the reference is what Player Support needs if something looks wrong.
Deposits run from ₱20 to ₱50,000 per transaction, as shown in the wallet's amount field. Withdrawal minimums and daily caps depend on the channel and your KYC and VIP level and are shown on the Withdraw tab before you confirm.
