Troubleshooting

BingoPlus deposit not credited? Fix it here

Most problems are solved with the transaction reference. Rule number one: don't pay again to test whether the first payment worked.

Money left my wallet but no BingoPlus credit
  1. Wait 5–10 minutes, then refresh Wallet history.
  2. Compare it with the GCash, Maya or bank history for the same amount and time.
  3. Contact official BingoPlus support with the reference number, amount, time and method.
Deposit stuck on “pending”
  1. Pending isn't the same as failed — give it up to 30 minutes.
  2. Check if your provider shows maintenance or an outage.
  3. Still pending? Send support the reference instead of retrying.
GCash or Maya isn't showing
  1. Switch tabs (Fast, E-Wallet, Bank) — methods are grouped.
  2. Finish any verification your Wallet asks for.
  3. Ask support which methods your account can use. Never use an “agent” or a personal account instead.
Payment declined or failed
  1. Check your e-wallet balance and daily limits.
  2. Make sure the payment account is verified and in your name.
  3. Try again later or choose another listed method.
Credited amount looks different
  1. Check the confirmation screen for fees or the amount you approved.
  2. Look for a separate bonus entry if you opted into a promotion.
  3. Send support both histories if they still don't match.
Promotion not applied
  1. Most offers need opting in before you deposit.
  2. Check eligibility, minimum amount and dates in the offer terms.
  3. Read the BingoPlus rewards guide.

Cash out

How to withdraw from BingoPlus

Cashing out uses the same Wallet, in reverse. Withdrawals go through a review, so a “pending” status doesn't mean it failed.

  1. Open Wallet and choose Withdraw.
  2. Pick an eligible, verified method in your own name.
  3. Enter the amount within the limits shown and confirm.
  4. Track the status in Wallet history and keep the reference.

Stay safe

Six rules for a safe BingoPlus cash in

Scammers copy cashier screens and pose as “agents”. These rules keep your money where it belongs.

  • 1Only cash in from the official BingoPlus app or bingoplus.com.
  • 2Never share your MPIN, OTP or password — BingoPlus will never ask.
  • 3Never send money to a person's number, account or QR code.
  • 4Use payment accounts in your own name only.
  • 5Check the amount and recipient before you approve.
  • 6Keep every reference number until the credit shows.

Cash-in promotions: read the terms first

Some deposit amounts may show a bonus tag in the cashier. Bonuses usually come with turnover (wagering) requirements before they can be withdrawn, plus eligibility and expiry rules. Opt in only if the terms suit you.

FAQ

BingoPlus cash in questions

Short answers to what players ask most about deposits. Need a person? Visit BingoPlus Help.

How do I cash in on BingoPlus?

Log in, open Wallet, tap Deposit, choose a method shown for your account (for example GCash, Maya, QR Ph or a bank option), enter the amount, then approve the payment in the provider's app. The credit appears in your Wallet history.

What is the minimum cash in on BingoPlus?

BingoPlus's GCash deposit guide lists a ₱100 minimum, and the cashier's preset amounts start at ₱100. Limits can differ by method and account, so the figures shown on your Deposit screen are the ones that apply.

Can I cash in to BingoPlus with GCash?

GCash may appear as a deposit method for eligible accounts. You start the cash in from the BingoPlus Wallet, not from GLife, and approve it in GCash. GCash's in-app GLife gaming access was suspended from 16 August 2025, which is a separate route.

Can I use Maya or QR Ph?

Maya and QR Ph have appeared in the BingoPlus cashier alongside GCash and bank options. Availability depends on your account, verification status and the provider, so check the methods listed on your Deposit screen.

How long does a BingoPlus deposit take?

Successful e-wallet deposits are usually credited within minutes. BingoPlus's GCash guide says 0–5 minutes in most cases, with some delays of up to 30 minutes. Bank methods and provider downtime can take longer.

Is there a fee to cash in?

BingoPlus's GCash guide says the deposit fee is covered. Other methods or providers may differ, so check the confirmation screen before you approve the payment.

My deposit was deducted but not credited. What should I do?

Do not pay again. Wait a few minutes, compare your BingoPlus Wallet history with the payment app's history, then contact official BingoPlus support with the reference number, amount and time of the transaction.

Do I need to verify my account to cash in?

You must be 21 or older and registered. Some methods or limits require account verification (KYC), and the payment account should be in your own name. The Wallet tells you if a step is needed.

Can I cash out to the same method?

Withdrawals use Wallet → Withdraw and an eligible, verified method in your own name. Promotional balances may have turnover conditions before they can be withdrawn; read the offer terms first.

Will BingoPlus ask for my MPIN or OTP?

No. Your MPIN, OTP and passwords are only entered inside your own payment app or login screen. Never share them with an agent, chat or caller, and never send money to a personal account for a deposit.
