Which playing card games can I play on BingoPlus?
The Cards tab features Filipino favorites such as Tongits and Pusoy, with Lucky 9 and other titles in the wider BingoPlus family, plus live casino card tables like baccarat and Dragon Tiger. The exact line-up is shown in the app and can change.
How many cards are in a standard deck?
A standard deck has 52 playing cards: four suits (spades, hearts, diamonds, clubs) of 13 ranks each, from ace through ten plus jack, queen and king. Most decks add two jokers, which Tongits, Pusoy and Lucky 9 don't use.
How do you play Tongits?
Three players get 12 cards each; the dealer takes 13. On your turn draw from the deck or take the last discard if it completes a set, lay down melds of three or more, then discard. Empty your hand to call Tongits, or when the deck runs out, call Draw and compare the points of unmatched cards — lowest wins.
How do you play Pusoy?
Each player gets 13 cards and arranges them into three poker hands: a 3-card front, a 5-card middle and a 5-card back. The back must beat the middle, and the middle must beat the front. Hands are compared position by position against each opponent; winning two of three positions wins the exchange.
What is the difference between Pusoy and Pusoy Dos?
Pusoy is Chinese poker with three arranged hands. Pusoy Dos is a shedding game: players race to play all their cards in singles, pairs and five-card combinations, with the 2 as the highest card. BingoPlus's Pusoy tables use the three-hand version.
How does Lucky 9 work?
Each hand gets two cards; number cards count at face value, aces as one and face cards as zero, and only the last digit of the total counts. A total of 9 is best. Players may draw a third card. It's the Filipino cousin of baccarat.
Is playing cards online for money legal in the Philippines?
Yes, when the operator is PAGCOR-licensed and players are 21 or older. BingoPlus is operated by AB Leisure Exponent Inc. under PAGCOR license. Unlicensed card apps offer no player protection.
Are the cards on BingoPlus shuffled fairly?
Digital card games use a random number generator that is tested as part of PAGCOR licensing; live casino tables use physical cards shuffled on camera. Every round is logged in your history so you can review it.
Can I play Tongits or Pusoy for free?
You can learn the rules and practise hand reading on this page without an account. Playing against other people for prizes requires a verified BingoPlus account with funds and a chosen stake.
How do I set limits or get help with gambling?
Set deposit and time limits in your BingoPlus account settings. For self-exclusion use PAGCOR's OSEA portal. The National Problem Gambling Helpline, (02) 8248-9568, and ResponsibleGaming@pagcor.ph are free and confidential.
