DigiPlus Interactive Corp. (DigiPlus), the Philippines' premier digital entertainment provider behind BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and GameZone, reported a net income of ₱8.9 billion for the first nine months of 2026, inclusive of fair value gains from International Entertainment Corporation's (IEC) convertible bonds. Improved cost efficiency more than offset lower revenues amid a weaker macroeconomic environment.
Margins widen as spending gets sharper
Nine-month EBITDA amounted to ₱8.3 billion. Third-quarter EBITDA edged up 0.3 percent quarter-on-quarter to ₱2.9 billion, while EBITDA margin expanded four percentage points to 22 percent. The margin improvement reflected more effective deployment of advertising and promotional spending, optimization of direct gaming costs, and tighter control of operating expenses.

Net gaming revenue after tax: ₱16.2 billion
For the first nine months, net gaming revenue (NGR) after tax decreased 17 percent year-on-year to ₱16.2 billion. NGR after-tax margin, measured against gross gaming revenue (GGR), expanded five percentage points quarter-on-quarter to 40 percent.
What is NGR after tax?
DigiPlus began reporting NGR after tax in the second quarter of 2026. The metric deducts the following from gaming revenues:
- PAGCOR's regulatory share and fees
- Game provider fees
- Marketing and promotional expenses
- Payment channel fees
- Other direct gaming costs
- Applicable taxes
NGR after tax provides a clearer measure of the revenue retained after direct gaming costs and taxes, complementing GGR as an indicator of operating performance.
₱13.9 billion in taxes and regulatory fees
In the first nine months of the year, DigiPlus paid ₱13.9 billion in taxes and regulatory fees, contributing to government revenues that support public services, infrastructure and national development.

More players, more depositors
Average monthly active users (MAU) increased 3 percent quarter-on-quarter to 5.9 million, while monthly active bettors and depositors (MABD) rose 5 percent to 4.9 million.

- 4.9 million▲ 5% QoQMonthly active bettors and depositors (MABD) — players who both deposited and played.
A stronger balance sheet
DigiPlus ended the third quarter with ₱11.7 billion in cash and cash equivalents, up 11 percent from the previous quarter, and maintains a compelling dividend policy. It continued to strengthen its balance sheet after paying ₱3.8 billion in dividends and investing ₱12.2 billion in IEC's convertible notes in the first half of the year. This financial position supports DigiPlus' ability to fund growth initiatives — including but not limited to overseas markets, acquisitions, technology and product development — while maintaining financial discipline. The IEC investment year to date has resulted in a non-cash investment gain.
“Our first nine months performance reflects the progress we are making in strengthening operating efficiency while building our user base and content. We remain focused on sustainable growth through self-development of compelling content, stronger user acquisition and retention, and disciplined spending on A&P and investments. Our average monthly active bettors and depositors (MABD) continues to grow and our user retention cohort continues to improve.”
— Ping Chen, President, DigiPlus Interactive Corp.

What this means for BingoPlus players
Nothing changes in the app. These are company-level results from DigiPlus, the PAGCOR-licensed group behind BingoPlus — the same account, games, cash-in options and Delay Compensation Guarantee apply as before. For players, the useful context is scale and accountability: ₱13.9 billion in taxes and regulatory fees paid in nine months, 4.9 million monthly active bettors and depositors across the group, and a publicly listed parent that reports its numbers every quarter. Company results are not a reason to play more
A strong quarter for DigiPlus says nothing about your odds in any game — results in bingo, slots and live casino are random, and the house edge does not change with a company's earnings. Set deposit, loss and time limits in your account, take breaks, and never play to recover losses. BingoPlus is for players 21 and over only, under PAGCOR regulation.
